Over the last nine years, it has been my privilege to walk with people through difficult seasons of life. I have experience working with both women and youth struggling with a variety of life challenges including the battle with depression, low self-image, anxiety, addiction, the devastating consequences of abuse, the function of self-harm, the impact of family of origin issues, the emotional and relational consequences of divorce, and the strain of life transitions. I am incredibly grateful for the gift of walking with women and teens down the difficult path that leads to healing.
I understand the incredible courage it takes to begin the process of healing and talking through pain and brokenness. The decision to begin counseling can be a scary one. In the midst of that, it is my desire help clients feel safe and comfortable as they begin the challenging, yet vastly freeing journey toward healing.

Wounded Heart - Fall 2015
Wounded Heart is a group for women who desire to deeply process the consequences of relational brokenness in their lives. The group is composed of 6 women ages 21 and older who have dealt with a variety of relational misuse. The group is based Dan Allender's book The Wounded Heart.
