I often help teens and young adults who feel lost, stuck, or uncertain begin to reconnect with themselves and make sense of where they are. Our work together is about understanding your inner world and building a life that feels more honest and aligned. The longest relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. We'll explore the parts of you that feel unclear, conflicted, or hidden. We’ll focus on understanding rather than fixing, so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper self-trust. My style is compassionate, relational, and gently challenging.
