Groups
Bipolar Wellness Support Group for Women
Connect, grow, and thrive in our supportive weekly group for adult women living with bipolar disorder. This 12-week program is designed to build connection, boost confidence, and provide practical coping strategies in a safe, welcoming space. Sessions take place every Tuesday from 7:00–8:00 PM, alternating between in-person and online formats. To maintain a close-knit and confidential environment, the group is limited to eight participants. Led by experienced therapist Rachel Gracia.
