I specialize in working with couples at all stages—whether you're in your 20s or your 60s—offering guidance tailored to your needs!
I primarily use Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy, & I hold Level 1 & Level 2 Gottman certifications. I am also certified in Prepare & Enrich Premarital, a world-renowned program for couples preparing for marriage. I understand reaching out can feel overwhelming, but I want to make the process as easy & comfortable as possible.
