Working with our HEROs is truly an honor. I mainly conduct mental health evaluations for first responders (law enforcement, fire fighters, healthcare professionals, attorneys, government officials, active military, DoD contractors & veterans). Some of the evaluations include psychological testing and some are purely psycho-diagnostic: typically used as an Independent Medical Examination/Opinion for Compensation & Pension (C & P), Workers Compensation, Leave of Absence from work (stress leave), Learning Disabilities, Personality Disorders and Risk Evaluations. I also take a very limited number of individual & couple therapy patients.
I offer confidential evaluations & treatment (read exceptions) to those seeking in depth assessment that will explore the entire life span, record review (see website), collateral information and some psychological testing if needed or requested. I also offer mostly short term and in some cases long term therapy, targeting specific problems.
My heart is in this work. I believe it is my calling to provide people with compassionate, ethical, effective care.
