Rachel enjoys working with teens & young adults experiencing difficult emotions as they transition through many different & challenging stages of life. Rachel uses Person Centered Therapy & a variety of therapeutic techniques that she tailors to the unique needs of each client. She strives to cultivate strong rapport and trust, providing a safe space to process difficult emotions. Teens and young adults also enjoy meeting with Rachel because of her down to earth and relatable nature.
Rachel's goal is to ensure that every client she encounters feels heard and cared for, and is equipped with coping skills to succeed outside of therapy.
