About
Are you looking to live better? Do you need some support and a safe place to work through life's challenges? I can help! I work with clients managing anxiety, self esteem struggles, interpersonal or relationship issues, life transitions, career difficulties, managing stress, feeling "stuck", health concerns, and/or depression. I also work all types of partnerships and commitments (romantic or otherwise) on a wide range of relationship concerns. Therapy doesn't have to wait for a crisis - it can just be a space to process daily events. Being a person is hard sometimes!
Please contact me to see if we'd be a good fit. I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your version of a happy and healthy life!
I work with clients to create an environment that feels supportive, helpful, and safe. I tailor the therapy experience to each person. Sessions can be whatever you need them to be in that moment. There's no "right" way to do therapy! I treat clients holistically, as I believe that physical, mental, and social health are all connected.
