In our work together, my goal is to offer support when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your direction or place in life. I strive to create a space that feels steady and grounded, where you don’t have to perform or fix it by yourself. I work a with people facing anxiety, body image or disordered eating, gender and sexuality, relational issues, dissociation, complex trauma, major life transitions, and more.
I take a relational, holistic approach rooted in trauma-informed and culturally competent care. I draw from TF-CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and emotional coherence therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting change. I also have Gottman Levels 1 and 2 training for couples, and specialize in LGBT couples, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy.

It's an excellent opportunity for those who want to connect with others, ask questions, explore emotions, and learn more about affirming and supporting their LGBTQIA+ loved ones. It will take place in person, and participants can choose to attend one or both sessions.
