Therapy is a space for healing, exploration, and self-discovery. I strive to create a place where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I work with people navigating anxiety, disordered eating, body image distress, gender identity, sexuality, dissociation, life transitions, relational trauma, and much more. My goal is to create a safe space for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are. Life can be harsh, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I take a relational, holistic approach rooted in trauma-informed and culturally competent care. I draw from TF-CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and emotional coherence therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting change. These approaches help shift core emotional beliefs shaped by complex or relational trauma.

Rainbow Connection is a free, structured support group for LGBTQIA+ parents, carers, and family members. It's an excellent opportunity for those who want to connect with others, ask questions, explore emotions, and learn more about affirming and supporting their LGBTQIA+ loved ones. It will take place in person, and participants can choose to attend one or both sessions.
