Do you feel stuck in anxiety, OCD, or the heartbreak of infertility or infant loss? Maybe you’re navigating the unique pressures of womanhood—juggling family, work, relationships, loss-and wondering if there’s room for you. I provide warm, practical therapy and ADHD testing to help you and your family find clarity and peace. For clients who wish, I also integrate Christian faith into counseling. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels both compassionate and effective. Therapy is a place to find both practical tools and renewed hope in God’s presence. You don’t have to walk this journey alone.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, and women’s issues, and I provide psychological testing for ADHD. Testing can clarify whether focus and attention challenges stem from ADHD or other causes, giving you or your child the clarity and direction needed to thrive.
My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. We’ll use evidence-based tools to reduce anxiety, manage OCD, and process grief in meaningful ways. For clients who wish, I also offer Christian faith integration, blending biblical truth and spiritual practices with therapy. Therapy is your space, and the process is tailored to what best supports you!

You may feel torn between trusting God and the weight of worry, fear, or intrusive thoughts that won't let go. Anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism can create a tug-of-war in your heart—leaving you exhausted, discouraged, and wondering why peace feels out of reach. For women especially, the pressures of family, relationships, infertility, or the grief of infant loss can feel unbearable to carry alone.
