I have years of experience working with at risk adolescents and families. I love this age because they are filled with passion and opinions. I also recognize/appreciate the struggle parents go through raising a teenager. I work with children and adults who struggle with depression and all types of anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral issues, and other mental heath struggles. I believe in providing a welcoming and supportive environment using a strength based/client centered approach to help support the child, adult, and the whole family. We all go through difficult times in life and it is okay to reach out for help and caring support

I provide individual therapy for adolescent and adults. Utilizing a strength based approach I support clients in overcoming obstacles in their life, manage mental health concerns, and support them in building and achieving their personal goals. My specialty is adolescent work and the unique challenges/social emotional issues that arise at this age.

Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation or if you would like more information or have any questions.
