Welcome! My name is Rachel and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s difficulties and create meaningful change. Prior to receiving my license, I gained about 5 years of experience in the mental health field.
I believe in the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in identifying their strengths, developing coping strategies, and working towards their goals. My approach is client-centered and tailored to meet you where you are, empowering you every step of the way.
