I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward healing and growth. I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons University in 2019 and have over 10 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across diverse settings. I am currently working with teens and adults with anxiety, depression and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop meaningful tools.
My work focuses on creating a collaborative and affirming environment where clients can explore challenges, develop coping skills, and move toward personal growth. I believe therapy is a partnership and that healing happens when people feel understood and respected. I offer virtual appointments, my hours are flexible to meet your need.
