My work is grounded in Attachment/Psychoanalytic theory to promote core level healing. I treat anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, relationships. and addictive behaviors with adults. A sense of safety promotes the inherent ability to heal which we all possess. We will work together to draw connections between past and present to free you to go from merely surviving to thriving with a greater sense of purpose and joy in the future.
I see the positive in clients. I am dedicated to working with individuals who want to grow and heal. I do both long term, depth therapy as well as brief therapy with over 22 years experience. I have compassion for my client’s having recovered from a backbreaking horse fall many years ago and thrived! I look forward to helping you heal at the deepest level.
