I use evidence-based therapies, including CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation, to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in a safe and nonjudgmental environment while fostering resilience and hope!
