I enjoy working with humans from all stages of life, but specialize in ADHD, trauma/PTSD, LGBTQ+, women’s issues, self-harm, attachment, and religious wounds. I have worked alongside adults and minors in various, diverse settings, and am deeply passionate about social justice, radical empathy, and unconditional positive-regard.
With a certificate in trauma counseling, I like to look at the whole picture. I believe holistic care is important, meaning that I want to tend to ALL parts of you, and create a nonjudgmental space that nurtures every version of you that shows up. I want to work alongside you, collaborate as a team, so we can create the best plan of care for YOU.
