Existing in unprecedented + scary times has never felt more confusing, and we are exhausted. If you are tired of carrying the weight of grief + injustice, burned out by a broken system, + desperate to be met in the heavy - I am so glad you’re here. I invite you to join me in a safe + judgment free space, where you don’t have to pretend to have it all together, but you always belong. I support individuals from all walks of life, while specializing in ADHD, Autism, LGBTQ+, and trauma. My mission is justice oriented, rooted in gentleness + authenticity, with a drive to dismantle the systems that no longer serves us - together.
The work I do often lands at the intersection of where trauma + neurodiversity collide. Together we will expand understanding of who you are, what you need to live well, + how to shift our focus from capability to sustainability. From a somatic lens, we will navigate healing from the bottom up, so that your nervous system can finally know how safety feels.
A square peg can only fit a round hole if it sands off its edges; you deserve to belong without having to change WHO you are. With me you will always be celebrated > tolerated, never having to earn your place at the table, or beg to be believed. This space is FOR you, and so am I. It’s hard as hell in these streets, let’s figure it out together!

As an ADHD/Autistic therapist, I provide a safe, dopamine friendly, creative space for my clients to show up authentically and fully themselves. By understanding the implications of a differently wired brain in a neurotypical society, I am able to join my clients in intentional and specific ways that allows them to feel seen, heard, and understood right where they are at.

I really enjoy and often integrate Parts Work into my therapy practice. What this means is I like to help my clients externalize different aspects of who they are, so we can identify and connect with those "parts" in order to better support them and tend to them in a gentle and intentional way. This can also be understood as "Wounded/Inner Child Work" or Internal Family Systems.
