I use PCIT with kids ages 2-10 that struggle with behavioral concerns. PCIT utilizes live parent coaching to help increase compliance and a positive relationship. I often use CBT skills with clients struggling with anxiety and depression. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and behaviors and how to change them.
