What would it take for you to feel compassion and curiosity about your pain? Do you feel courage and trust in yourself to go there? We’re often taught to dismiss ourselves; we doubt, defer to authority, or acquiesce to other people’s needs. This can lead to struggles like codependency, low self-esteem, and difficulty in relationships. Together, we will work on unburdening you from expectations and experiences that feel limiting, and mend your relationship with yourself.

While my therapeutic approach is integrative, I work primarily from a psychodynamic lens, and am internal family systems-informed. I am anti-racist, harm reductionist, sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and body positive. Clients have described me as caring, calm, and “bad at having a poker face.” To that end, I share what I think honestly and with humility.

I believe therapy is a co-created relationship that enables us to reckon with ourselves, therefore making possible the change we want to see in our lives.
