Welcome! My passion is partnering with my clients as they discover their resilience and develop a deeper understanding of themselves to become empowered to improve their quality of life. I have several years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. As a relational therapist with training in many areas of psychotherapy, I am highly attuned to each client and provide a warm, secure, and safe base to explore their feelings and experiences.
My areas of expertise include: trauma and PTSD, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, mood disorders, family conflict, life transitions, interpersonal relationships and social skills, self-esteem, and behavior modification. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotionally focused therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
