I enjoy working with individuals seeking support with with substance use problems, identity exploration, and trauma and resiliency work. I also like to help people with mood and anxiety regulation. My work with justice involved clients has allowed me to work with individuals from various backgrounds with acute and chronic mental health and substance use challenges. My goal is to help clients become empowered to move their life in the direction that feels best for them by building a strong therapeutic alliance and clear client centered goal setting.
Reaching out for help can feel challenging sometimes, but we all need and more importantly deserve support from time to time.
