I’m Rachel, a therapist supporting children, teens, and adults, first as an educator with more than 20 years of experience, and now as a clinician. I help people make sense of their emotions, build confidence, and develop tools to cope with stress, transitions, and everyday challenges in a space that feels safe.
My style is warm, creative, and grounded. Therapy with me isn’t about ‘fixing’ you or your child but creating a safe space to feel understood and supported. I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity, self-esteem issues, family or peer conflict, and life transitions using an integrative approach. I also use art therapy to support safe expression.
