Taking that first step of seeking help is a brave step! The day to day struggle can feel exhausting, and I am here to help! I am a fully licensed clinical therapist with over fifteen years of experience in private practice. My goal is to ensure clients feel safe and are able to establish trust. When you come into my care, you will find a receptive, warm environment. My goal is to help clients learn to use appropriate tools for the improvement of their situation and to empower them to reach their own personal goals. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their journey towards healing.
My specialties are as follows: anxiety, depression, self esteem and trauma. Other areas of expertise are eating disorders, panic, life transitions/adjustment disorders, women's issues, and grief/loss. My goal is to work together to understand the root of your struggles and implement changes to help reach your goals!
I utilize a holistic approach focusing on each individual's spiritual, emotional, relational and physical needs utilizing CBT, Ego states, attachment based approaches and EMDR. Every client has a different story and I feel honored to listen, hear and learn as we begin your process of healing. I am a certified EMDR clinician and EMDR Consultant-In-Training.
