I was diagnosed with ADHD at 33 years old and understand what it's like to live your entire life feeling like there's something wrong with you, only to find out your brain is just wired a little differently. Finding out you're neurodivergent, at any age, is an emotional journey that can include grief, anger, relief, excitement, and much more. I am a lived experience therapist and practice from a relational and neurodivergent affirming standpoint. I offer a humorous, direct, and down to earth approach in therapy. My clients are the experts of their lives and I'm here to empower them, encourage them, and walk alongside them.
