My approach blends evidence-based couples therapy (EFT, Gottman, PACT) with mindfulness, expressive arts, and humor. For 25+ years I’ve guided clients in San Francisco and beyond to break old patterns, communicate more openly, and rediscover joy, intimacy, and resilience.
