With over 20 years of experience, I am a warm and skilled therapist with specialties in the areas of eating disorders, codependency, addiction, attachment trauma, and spiritual abuse. I understand the complexity and depth of disordered eating and body-related issues. Also, if you suspect you may have a parent or significant figure in your life with a personality disorder, I can help you heal the attachment trauma. I also work with those navigating relationship with church and spirituality.
I have over 20 years' experience treating those with eating disorders at all levels of care. I also offer psychoeducation and support to parents and loved ones of those with disordered eating or an eating disorder. I tailor my work individually to my clients but incorporate my training in CBT, DBT, Alanon, 12-step programs and attachment therapy.
I received my BS from Westmont College and my MFT from Fuller Theological Seminary. It is my deep calling to help others discover and understand their authentic selves and to live free of emotional hinderances to a full life.
