Your story matters, and the ways you've adapted to survive difficult experiences reflect a powerful resilience. Therapy can be a safe, collaborative space to understand how past experiences shape your emotions, relationships, and family life, while creating a meaningful path forward. I work with teens, adults, and families impacted by trauma and relational stress, as well as those navigating ADHD and autism, with neurodivergent-affirming care. My work focuses on attachment and complex trauma, family conflict and transitions, and supporting survivors of sexual violence and abuse, offering care that is attuned and grounded.

I provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy, and Parent Management Training for families navigating ADHD and autism. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrating Positive Psychology, CBT, DBT, and body-based and mindfulness practices to support self-trust and inner safety, emotional awareness, and healthier relationships.

My hope is to offer a compassionate, warm space where you feel understood and empowered. Therapy is a shared process focused on building your strengths, increasing self-acceptance, and developing effective coping tools to support lasting change.
