I work with college students and young adults in the Boston and Cambridge area struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and trauma. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed by overthinking, panic, difficulty focusing, or keeping up with school, work, and relationships. Drawing on experience as a high school teacher and school social worker, I use a collaborative, practical approach to help clients manage stress, build skills, and feel more in control. Daytime appointments are available for flexible scheduling.
Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel better in your daily life. I use CBT, DBT, and exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, along with mindfulness and skills for anxiety, emotional regulation, and executive functioning, so you can manage stress, improve focus, and feel more in control.
I specialize in working with neurodiverse clients, including ADHD, and many identify as LGBTQ+. I support young women healing from trauma, PTSD, autoimmune disorders, and a history of eating disorders. Parent coaching is offered to help families respond to anxiety and behavior. As a private-pay provider, I offer personalized care and flexible scheduling.
