As a child/adolescent specialist, I engage youth with humor & play. I have extensive professional experience as a high school teacher and school adjustment counselor in public school, alternative school and residential settings. I support quite a few adolescents, college students, & young professionals although I do work with all ages.
Specialized training in graduate school and beyond includes ExRP for OCD, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Through collaborative and evidence-based practice, children, adolescents, and adults reach behavioral health solutions.
