Understanding how your mind works can change everything—how you learn, how you work, and how you see yourself. I’m a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) offering psycho-educational assessments for children, teens, and adults to better understand learning differences, ADHD, and attention challenges. I also provide counseling and coaching focused on executive-functioning skills, social skills, and emotional regulation. My work is supportive, practical, and strengths-based—helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and strategies for real-life success.
While I work with a diverse range of individuals, I have a particular speciality in identifying ADHD in girls and women - including those who have been overlooked or misunderstood for years. My expertise is in understanding subtle presentations and providing evaluations that bring clarity, validation, and a clear path forward.
Seeking help can sometimes feel intimidating. I work hard to make the process collaborative, transparent, and empowering. You will understand each step along the way, and the final report will be one you can truly use - a roadmap for school supports, workplace accommodations, or personal understanding. I’d love to connect and learn how I can help.
