About
I work with children and adults on building self-esteem, personal meaning making, and finding a sense of direction in life. Through art and talk therapy, clients learn to regulate emotions and define values. I take a creative, energetic, and exploratory approach to therapy. I have experience working with students K-12, children with autism, those with dementia, and women with breast cancer. Come to explore yourself and to create a new, more fulfilling path for your life.
I specialize in art therapy at the Process Therapy Institute. I work with those with ADHD and anxiety, or anyone having trouble with self-regulation. I am here to offer a whole new experience. Healing can also be done through paint, clay, play, collage, sand, and paper. Art Therapy is a healing modality for all ages.
No past experience in art required! You can learn to understand and appreciate yourself. Explore your attitudes and behaviours, and adjust them to be most useful for you. Through therapy, you can develop a sense of personal agency and power, as well as self-efficacy and responsibility. Break free!
