You will feel it when you sit with me, this is my life's calling. I was lucky enough to walk the path of healing from an early age because of a devastating life trauma. This brought me to my deep understanding of the healing process. I am committed to accompanying you and catalyzing your journey to health, self-love, ease in relationship and empowerment in the world. My ideal client is going through change, loss, or questioning, needs support and desires a deeper connection to themselves, and satisfaction from their life. As a somatic (body oriented) and present centered therapist (exploring your current reality versus just the past) I work particularly well with people having experience or interest in working with awareness of sensation and emotion in the body. Cultivating this awareness of bodily experiences leads clients to health and freedom.
As a yoga teacher for more than a decade, I help clients feel at home in their bodies, and often combine yoga poses and body awareness when appropriate and desired. If you are interested in a blended yoga/therapy session, please let me know.
