I provide an empathetic, collaborative, and integrative approach to loss, trauma, meaning and identity, and mood disorders. In my practice, I primarily work with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, grief, end of life concerns, chronic illness, and mood disorders. I use a multicultural and trauma-informed humanistic approach to working with adults as well as adolescents. My educational background includes being a Certified EMDR Therapist through EMDRIA and I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Vanderbilt and a M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College.
