About
I believe we all experience trauma on some level, even if it doesn't "look" like trauma, simply because we live in a broken world. If trauma has taken root, it residually shows up in our relationships with ourselves and others, dictates our perceptions & behaviors, and can even trap us into our own self-sustained mental prison. The question is not "what's wrong with you?", but instead "what happened to you?" I would be honored to hear your story & provide a safe space for you to unpack, navigate, and process with empathy, non-judgment, and an understanding that you are the expert on yourself.
