The people who find me are often exhausted from performing a version of themselves built for everyone else, and homesick for the parts of themselves that got lost along the way. They come in with different stories but share similar threads: relationships that feel harder than they should, grief that never had a witness, or a quiet sense that something in them is still waiting to be lived. My clients tend to be creatives, young adults, neurodivergent folks, highly sensitive people, and cycle breakers.
I take a relational and psychodynamic approach, meaning I'm interested in the patterns beneath the surface and how they show up between us in real time. These patterns often reflect the deeper story of how you move through the world. I also draw on EMDR, parts work, Lifespan Integration, and somatic therapy.
Yet the heart of the work is simpler than any modality. It's two people in a room, willing to stay with whatever comes up and make sense of it together. The sessions move between your mind, your body, and your imagination, following whatever is most alive. If you're looking for that kind of space, let's connect.
