I graduated with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, where I also completed my Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Studies with a minor in Psychology. I am trained in working with adults, couples, and families. I am passionate about working with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, career concerns, low self-esteem, chronic illness, and women’s issues.
