Sometimes we just need someone to sit in the pit with us while we gather the strength to climb out. In my spare time, I collect comic books, spend time with my husband and attempt to educate our two dogs on the importance of boundaries.
Rachel’s seven years of experience working in juvenile probation and correctional settings has equipped her to work with children and adolescents who struggle with complex emotional and behavioral challenges. She specializes in disruptive disorders, anxiety, substance use, and childhood trauma.
