About
I believe that no two paths are the same. Everyone has a unique path that makes them who they are. This path may lead to a planned destination, make an unexpected turn, or hit a few bumps along the way. Change can be hard and heightened feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression can make that change feel much more difficult and lonely. Instead of allowing these changes in our path to hold us back, we should accept and embrace these changes to continue along our journey. This mindset helps us to cope with the ups and downs of life. Everyone has their own path, however, that doesn't mean they have to be on their path alone.
I work with individuals and families to build coping skills and resilience in overcoming obstacles at any stage of life. By exploring and confronting the uncomfortable feelings and thoughts associated with stress, anxiety, and depression, we take their control away.
Therapy is not one size fits all. The therapeutic process is individualized to meet each client's needs. Through individual therapy, family therapy, and connecting to your community, we will build a strong support system together. You are not alone.
