As an art therapist and Mental Health professional I've worked in various settings. Working with trauma survivors of human traffcking in SE Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, India and Indonesia). I also worked within schools working with a family systems approach and using expressive art therapy as the backbone. After working in SE Asia I moved to Hawaii and worked in severe psychiatric and shelters around Maui and the Big Island. I also run my own practice working with children and teenagers dealing with developmental delays, depression and more. I have experience with all walks of life, I offer ultimate empathy.
I'm able to help in various ways as I have a plethora of backgrounds of my own experiences, and experiences with various individuals. I specialize in trauma informed work, ACT, Postive Psychology, Strength Based Psych, Mindfulness and more. I work in a multidimensional way, and my sessions are run through a humanistic approach catering to that of the client.
As a therapist I find building a trustful, compassionate and understanding relationship with my client is essential in the healing process. I've worked with all kinds of populations, individuals, religions and backgrounds and I offer a safe non-judemental space for my clients to not only shine, but process!
