I work with individuals looking to understand themselves on a deeper level. If you would like to obtain more awareness and insight into your life and why you feel the way you feel; I'm here to help. I offer a judgment free zone where authenticity is not only welcomed but cherished.
I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I found cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and Brainspotting most effective and efficient in treating a wide range of mental health issues. My focus is geared toward helping adults access their inner strength and the power heal.
Please reach out if you would like to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you. Take care!
