I work with clients experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem who are ready to build a more secure, authentic relationship with themselves and the world around them. Through a trauma-informed, somatic approach, I support your innate capacity to heal by centering your strengths and cultivating an internal sense of safety and belonging.
Using body-based and relational practices to support self-regulation, we can work together to build resilience in the face of overwhelm, deepen connection, and foster more compassionate, secure relationships- with yourself, your past, and others.
My style integrates attachment theory, trauma theory, Hakomi Mindfulness Therapy, Parts Work, and Polyvagal Theory. By increasing awareness of bodily sensations, emotional responses, and survival patterns, you can begin to unwind old conditioning and embody new ways of being—rooted in safety, autonomy, compassion, and connection.
I understand how easy it can be to feel overwhelmed, disconnected and self-critical. I hold deep respect for the ways in which you have learned to survive. With practiced embodied awareness, you can start to retire coping mechanisms which may not serve you anymore. If that sounds like something you are interested in, please reach out, you're not alone.
