I’ve been licensed since 2008, doing my best to help people rewrite their life stories.
Outside of work, I’m mom to two kids, two cats, and one very anxious dog.
Over the years, I have worked with clients of every age group from almost every type of background. I believe all people are capable of change, though first they have to identify what is holding them back and whether they’re ready to address it.
Change is not easy, but it's worth it!
I am trained in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, parts work, and EMDR.
Some of my professional interests include: helping people heal from trauma, addressing identity issues, supporting the LGBTQIA population, teaching neurodivergent clients to thrive, and helping people let go of the baggage they‘re tired of carrying.
Finding a therapist that feels GOOD to talk to is so important!
Please reach out by text or email to ask important questions you have about the process, or to schedule a brief phone call before deciding if you're ready to proceed.
