I am a co-owner of my practice and want to help you create a concrete, specific plan of action using proven skills and strategies to operate as a cohesive family unit. I provide tools to support parenting children in order to create lasting change and improve the mental and emotional health of the whole family.
I have extensive experience in private practice and eating disorder IOP/PHP programs, as well as with children and families improving communication styles and developing problem-solving and emotional expression skills.
