If you're a young adult feeling like you're stuck in a cycle of anxiety, burnout, overthinking or just the "what-am-I-doing-with-my life" spirals - welcome. You're in the right place. I work with individuals (ages 22-40ish) - specializing in working with women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating tough stuff: trauma, depression, identity exploration, or the general chaos of being a new adult. Whether you're questioning your gender identity, coming out (or thinking about it), or trying to heal old wounds, we'll work together in a way that feels empowering and genuinely YOU.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative (and I'll probably ask you about your favorite books and video games). I am a person-centered therapist, honoring your lived experience as the heart of our work together. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) among other modalities to deepen our work.
I believe therapy doesn't have to be stuffy or serious all the time. In fact, a little humor and a lot of authenticity can be incredibly healing.
