I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is an attachment-based, experiential model used to help people recognize, understand, and change patterns that keep them stuck. In therapy, you will engage in corrective emotional experiences to increase your self-esteem and shape stable, lasting change.
