Hello, I'm so happy you're here! As a queer & neurodivergent therapist, my priority is fostering safety & trust within the therapeutic space. I want to genuinely get to know all parts of you and want to see you thrive! Therapy with me can involve crying, swearing, and laughing as we work to return to our true selves. I believe in meeting you where you are at and tailoring the therapy approach to you and your needs. I utilize a variety modalities in my practice, to challenge unhelpful thought patterns & promote self-compassion and wellness.
I enjoy working with older teens (16+) & adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, family of origin conflict, relational conflict, and identity development concerns. Additionally, as a former victim advocate I am passionate about working with survivors of intimate partner violence & sexual violence.
