As a therapist, my practice is welcoming, individualized, and eclectic. My focus is to support you in your exploration of not only the challenging parts of life, but the joyful as well, in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. As a trained Spiritual Director, I have also developed my capacity to listen for the divine within each of us. Exploring spiritual topics, as they relate to the everydayness of life, is my specialty.
I work with clients around topics of: anxiety, illness, depression, adolescence, addiction, grief, issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community, parenting, postpartum support, religious deconstruction and political trauma. My caring presence will help you feel comfortable discussing the difficult parts of your life, while working towards your goals.
