We would probably all like to be living our best life but many of us can’t quite figure out how to make that happen. In my practice, I focus on building self-awareness and insight with the goal of exploring and removing barriers to having satisfying lives. Barriers to happiness may include previous life experiences, trauma, parent/family relationships, interpersonal relationships, or any number of things.
Whatever it is that is holding us back, we can learn to identify it and remove it, allowing us to move forward into the people we want to be, living the lives we want to live. Together we can create the opportunity for change through self-growth and personal healing.
