Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing a difficult life transition? Using EMDR, ACT, and I-CBT, I help clients process trauma, build self-compassion, strengthen boundaries, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we’ll work toward greater confidence, resilience, and help you find a deeper sense of peace, purpose, connection, and belonging while creating a life that feels more fulfilling and true to who you are.

Our sessions are collaborative, supportive, and I prioritize creating a safe and affirming space. In our work together, we’ll get curious about what’s really going on under the surface. I’ll help you build tools to manage overwhelming emotions without pushing them away — and we’ll work on shifting the way you speak to yourself, from criticism to compassion.

I believe healing begins when you feel safe, heard, and accepted just as you are.
