In my practice, I strive to provide therapeutic experiences that create self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for improving your life. Together, we will use trauma-informed, collaborative, and empowerment-focused approaches that help to make positive change more possible.
I focus on working with women and LGBTQ+ adults who are navigating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, recovery from violence and trauma, and family issues, which include parenting, step-parenting, and attachment. With a non-clinical doctorate in the psychology of leadership, I also support those going through professional journeys and career change.
