I think a lot about people who have never quite felt connected. To others, to themselves, to the spaces they move through every day. You might be navigating school, family, or relationships that feel complicated. Carrying the weight of being first or second generation, where everyone's needs come before your own. Never quite having someone sit with you and help you understand your own story. That's what I'm here for. Not to hand you a perfect plan, but to help you notice yourself. Your patterns, how things land in your body, what your story is telling you today.

My biggest strength is curiosity. I pay attention to what you're saying, what you're not saying, and the patterns that emerge over time. You get to decide what feels most important. With teens I lean into what they're already exploring. With adults we build from where you are. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.
