I work with adults and older adults, specializing in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life adjustments, and grief. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy to help you feel better and lead a fuller, happier life. My style and approach work well for adults and older adults dealing with life transitions, often manifesting as anxiety and depression. I help clients navigate these periods, build skills, feel better about themselves, and develop a more positive outlook on life.
My approach to therapy is tailored to each client's needs. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients change their disruptive thought and behavior patterns. Once those changes are made, the client begins to feel better.
My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.
