I will help you recognize your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and work with you to improve these patterns so you can have a better relationship with yourself and others. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Master Certified Addiction Professional. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), both of which provide alternative ways of coping with trauma. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for registered interns.
